We have been smoking meats for over twenty years. Our start came rather historically through our grandfather who smoked meat from a smoker that he constructed in the ground out of a pit; and things grew from there as the family story goes.
We have maintained our grandfather's tradition by smoking the best possible meats, which has proven to be second to none. Our homemade seasoning makes our poultry and meats taste FABULOUS!!
